Things I've designed and built
Competition robots, ride systems, test rigs and tools. Each card opens the full write-up.
Blitz: 2026 competition robot
I owned the complete electrical architecture (component layout and CAN bus routing) alongside CAD of every mechanical subsystem, then assembled the electrical system and structure and manufactured most parts in-house. Milstein Division semifinalists at the 2026 World Championship.
Read more →The Witch Next Door: family thrill coaster
Led a four-person team through a complete concept ride proposal: track layout, a SolidWorks station and candy-basket car, an interactive target system, throughput and safety numbers, and the pitch.
Read more →Scouting and strategy system
A data pipeline that processed over 100,000 observations a season into live match predictions. Its head-to-head predictor outperformed the standardized FRC predictor used globally.
Read more →Cricket bowling risk analyzer
Pose-estimation app that flags injury risk in a bowling action. It reached 96% accuracy on realistic data, and using it on my own action helped me bowl 25% longer and 6% faster.
Read more →Battery crimp resistance testing
Measured resistance across three connection methods to find why our competition batteries were dying mid-event.
Read more →Precision ball launcher
A compression-wheel launcher with servo aiming and IR remote control, built to hit target windows from 10 to 20 feet.
Read more →Robotics team road case
A 450 lb-capacity case that carries and charges an entire team's gear, wired across three circuits.
Read more →Low-cost water purification device
Eight filtration methods tested across 18 parameters, three trials each. The final 3D-printed unit cost $2.41 to build.
Read more →Custom 3D-printed Beyblade
Reverse-engineered, redesigned for spin duration, and tuned printer tolerances until it beat the original.
Read more →Lithophane light boxes
Backlit personalized nightlights designed in CAD; dozens made as gifts after iterating on foot angle and infill.
