Experience
Student Engineering Club at Georgia Tech focused on learning about and creating themed entertainment
- Ride Engineering Competition (REC) Team 2027
- Control Systems Sub Team: Plan out and implement all control systems and block zones for rollercoaster ride
- Mechanical Design Sub Team: Work to design carts, trains, and track in SolidWorks, plan to manufacture all in-house
- Business/Budgeting Sub Team: Budget all parts as they are being designed, work to get sponsorships for project
- FWC Challenge: Halloween-Themed Family Thrill Rollercoaster
- Led a four-person team to concept, design, and pitch a Halloween witch-themed family thrill rollercoaster for Freshman Welcome Challenge
- Designed multiple ride elements (track, cart) in SolidWorks
- Created storyline for ride that customers will follow throughout the ride
- Created physical schematics, safety guidelines, and proper business proposal
- Casino Escape Room
- Creating a brand-new escape room for Spring 2027
- Brainstorming different puzzles and how to implement them with Arduino, 3D printed components, and other techniques
- Work on theming of entire experience
Award-winning FRC robotics team fielding a competition robot each season for the international FIRST Robotics Competition
- Built the team's strategy department from scratch, designing over a dozen JotForm data collection tools and Google Sheets analytics backend that processed 100,000+ data points a year into real-time match predictions and alliance selection tools, outperforming FRC's global standardized match predictor
- Served as Team and Alliance Captain across three competitive seasons, leading alliance selection and match strategy, trained 80+ scouts to run the system live at events; co-drove the 2026 robot (Blitz) in competition while continuing to lead strategy
- Led internal resistance testing of three battery connector methods to resolve in-competition battery failures
- 2025 World Championship Curie Division Champion (4th Overall); 2024 #1 autonomous robot in the world; three consecutive state championships (2024-2026)
Taught over 100 students in disciplines of robotics, coding, and chess
- First hire at location; designed and taught an integrated curriculum spanning VEX Robotics, coding (Python, Java, Scratch), and chess for students ages 4-16, directly resulting in over 100 students enrolling
- Planned and ran a multi-week summer camp solo (curriculum, logistics, engagement) across all three disciplines, launching robotics section of center to become a full-time course
Projects
Lead designer and lead engineer of the team's 2026 competition robot from mechanism to electrical systems
- CAD of all mechanical subsystems and their integration, CAD of complete electrical architecture, including component layout and CAN bus network routing
- Assembled robot's electrical systems & physical structure; manufactured most parts in-house; multiple custom 3D printed parts
- Independent CAD of second robot's mechanical & electrical design, project nicknamed Onslaught
- Division semifinalists in Milstein Division at FRC World Championship 2026, Alliance Captain
Built a pose-tracking ML app to analyze bowling mechanics for injury risk after a personal bowling injury
- Created a machine-learning application using pose estimation/computer vision to analyze bowling biomechanics and flag injury risk
- Engineered a data generator with variance and realistic noise added to train and test model
- Went from 99.9969% accuracy to ~96% after adding realistic noise and variance to reduce overfitting
- Applied tool to diagnose and correct flaws in my own bowling action, enabling return to competitive play
Researched, coded, tested, and analyzed different ensemble learning models in low-data environments
- Benchmarked 5 ensemble ML architectures on rare brain tumor MRI classification as training data shrank towards a low-data scenario; identified DenseNet169-LIME-TumorNet as most robust
Activities
- Captained multiple teams across several years; selected to Georgia State Team three years in a row and named State Final MVP; underwent injury rehab 2024-2025, current member of Georgia Tech Cricket Club
